We do no have furnished apartments. We can give you information to call a vendor to rent furniture if you would like. You can Google furnished apartments in the area.

It would still be the same price if you sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance.

You will go to our website and register. Once you set up your payment information you can schedule one time payments or you can have it automatically withdrawn each month.
Once you are a resident and someone applies and moves in we will send you a referral bonus. The new resident must notify us at move-in.
We do not allow subletting of a unit.
